"Great room - spacious and clean. Lovely staff. Nice facilities. But our room was located under a first floor balcony and a couple who decided to talk and drink (and argue) on their balcony to late into the night. Just don’t stay in a room under a balcony "

"It is a charming hotel, 5 minutes walk from where we needed to be. Breakfast was cooked to order (not congealing & swimming in fat on a buffet) Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel room temperature was good too, not stifling or cold. The taps in the shower were fabulous wish more hotels would do that. "

"Location great. Accommodation poor walls so thin I could hear the man next door going to the toilet. Kettle did not work. Bedding stained and no lights in the bathroom. Emailed the staff about breakfast included in the price as that is what was advertised and that is what I paid for however their response was rude and blamed Hotels.com. "

"Satisfactory welcome & check in. Great view from our comfortable room. Poor weather overnight was kept out & we slept well through the storm. Good food at dinner & breakfast. Friendly & professional staff service. Improvement works going on to the entrance did not inconvenience or disturb our relaxing stay. Friendly chat with reception staff upon leaving. Thank you."

"Great location within walk of the beach. We were given an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the first tee on the golf course. The accomodation was modern and comfortable.. We had a bar meal and also breakfast during our two night stay and the quality of the food and service were excellent. Two things that would improve the place would be a lift especially when lugging up suitcases up and down the long stairs! The other was the lack of a washer in the shower head. This was reported and we used the rain shower that was working well."
