The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. There is a great pub nearby and an excellent restaurant a little further away - for Londoners a meal to match anything in the city for half the price. "Small, quiet and clean hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but we haven’t been given rooms close to each other and we have been asked to pay extra £100 to get closer room. Breakfast time is very short 08:30 to 09:30 in my opinion just to save money and not paying for a chef. We have asked for ice cubes for our drinks but our request has been rejected. Check out time is so early at 10:00 am again just for the owner to save money and not paying for the staff. "
