"The check in at hotel is nothing short of a disaster, despite registering details online in advance. Queued for over half an hour to get key. I understand at peak times it can be busy but for only 3 members of staff to be on seems ridiculous. Rooms are dated but clean and functional, good location also. "

It’s very valuable for the price, and will now be my first choice flying out of Terminal 4. I also appreciate the staff, who were accommodating for early check-in. Another hotel in Heathrow made me pay £50 for a similar early check-in, although the room was available."

Every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. A special mention for the early check-in – we arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be in our room by 10am, even though the usual check-in time is 3pm. That was hugely appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was also fabulous, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. There’s genuinely nothing negative I could say – everything exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."
