"The positives - property was clean, kids liked it, street parking was convenient, price was reasonable. The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bungalow. The view of Morecambe Bay was outstanding from the lounge and bedroom where we had morning coffee to watch the sunrise and gin & tonic to watch the sunset very relaxing. All the rooms were a good size loads of storage.The kitchen has everything you need including 2 hobs & a very large fridge freezer. Quiet locaction but only a short walk to the centre of Grange."

"Very impressed with the barn suitability and comfortness. Kev was a fantastic host with local knowledge and was very helpful. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax after a day of shopping and the weather was nice enough to enjoy a bbq. "Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. One of the bedrooms does have a particularly un-private toilet in it, which may trouble some people. But overall,...

"Staff at reception very friendly and informative. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our lodge and although we didn't take part it looked like there was lots of activities going on (this didn't disturb us) Our lodge was bigger than expected and clean Lots of cutlery and plates to use and a filter coffee machine which was a lovely touch. The property is easy to get to and a good base for exploring the area. "
