"I am absolutely appalled with the property. It had not been cleaned from the previous people, there was rubbish everywhere glass on the floor, no bedding, no toilet roll, blood on the floor, the hot-tub was deflated and empty. We contacted the host who could not resolve the situation, he would also not answer a phone call. It was disgusting and I want a full refund."
