"The mini fridge was a big perk as it seems many accommodations in London do not include one. The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get to places within central London. There is a Tesco Express right next door which was extremely convenient. The front desk person was very helpful when he was there. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"
