"no heating for half the holiday, and took us half a day to get it sorted, had to be in whilst the engineer turned up. ruined the weekend. the apparment itself was ok with some very interesting stains on the soft furnishings. "

"We had a great stay in the penthouse flat. Great central location and lovely flat. Parking voucher worked but usual problem of finding a space. Only negative is the initial impression when entering the stair well it was must and the carpet was not clean. Which is the totola opposite to the flat which was very clean and well presented."

"The property could be excellent but the the cleanliness and upkeep is poor. It looks like it needs decorating and some maintenance is needed. There was no cooking equipment and limited cutlery. We have enjoyed our stay but feel let down by the upkeep of the property"
