"Our room was very nice - a bit worn in places but nicely appointed - we had a large room with a large bathroom and really pleased it had a very comfortable bed. Disappointed to find our only option for in-room coffee in the morning was instant packets and a kettle… every hotel we stayed at in the UK over the previous 2 weeks had a Nespresso machine and pods, so surprised a more upscale hotel only offered a ‘budget’ coffee option… The hotel itself is a bit of a walk to get to from the airport terminal but you pass a M&S on the way which is great if you need some last minute snacks or a simple meal to have in your room. The room rate we paid was decent and we would recommend the hotel to others travellers."

"In general hotel is good. Internet is good, and the hotel staff are friendly. But the hotel is dated. Bottom line is money talks. You get what you pay for."

"We 90% of the time when we stay in London stay here. Great location for all venues either the near by Tube station, bus routes always get a cab or even better you can walk through Kensington gardens and Hyde park and get to Marble Arch in 30-35 minutes Hotel is what you would expect from the price you pay it’s not premier inn so expect clean, quality and able to talk to staff etc The only downside is at breakfast the staff are slow , seem to be wandering and don’t expect quick service but it’s clean great view of the park and the food is very good"

"Compact! Possibly better suited for solo travellers in terms of space in the room but if you're literally just looking to lay your head down before an early flight it is perfect. Did not interact with a single human as used the digital room key and check out which made the entire process quick and seamless."

"The rooms are lovely but the bar is not that great and very expensive. The food is not that great with very unhealthy food. We tried to get the room service and the food never arrived an hour later. Then, we had to walk to departure to get food."

"Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful."
