My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean, the housekeeping was great and the kitchenette was helpful. The staff was always informative and responded quickly to any issue, especially Jose! Being able to rent a taxi at the door, so close to Coco Cafe (great breakfast), and we were able to walk to town if you are up to a couple of miles. The breakfast at the hotel was solid as well. The pool was clean and relaxing, hot tub was great. We were there during a cool front with high winds but were able to snorkel for two days. Jose was incredibly informative and took the time to show us a variety of options during the cool days. Overall great vacation, would definitely stay there again. I will mention that the pictures of the room online that were posted on Expedia were not representative of the rooms we had and our rooms were not connecting (which was fine) though they were next to each other. I thought I rented the family unit that looks like a bungalow, and that was incorrect. She claimed that I would not give her representatives the keys when I was asked (I wasn’t for the keys from anyone), and she claimed I was rude (to whom?!? No one showed up to fix these grievous problems).The tiled floor showed signs of water damage.
