We were celebrating my fiances birthday on this trip and they went out of their way to make it a memorable day! This hotel offers incredible ocean view rooms, various restaurant options, multiple pools including a swim up bar, activities for kids and evening entertainment, and some of the best snorkeling. "Staying at Tracey’s Paradise condo was everything we could have hoped for and more—it’s even more beautiful than the photos! The location is excellent, and the condo itself is spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped.Our family especially loved the high-quality snorkel sets. Being able to snorkel right out front of the property and see vibrant marine life, including beautiful parrotfish, was such a treat. We also took a half-day trip to El Cielo, and the charter conveniently picked us up right next door at Tortuga Pier, which made the experience seamless.One of the highlights of our stay was having Jackie and Anni from Sandra’s Kitchen prepare incredible meals for us—such a fantastic recommendation from Tracey and truly a memorable part of our trip.Throughout our stay, we felt very well taken care of, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Our family of five—my husband, our three teenage daughters, and I—had plenty of space and all slept very comfortably.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

We had a few issues when we checked in and they were handled immediately. Mario set up several activities for us and certified me in diving! Highly recommend!"
