"The breakfast menu was really good , The staff were all amazing apart from one in the last couple of mornings at breakfast. Plenty of lovely sitting areas throughout the hotel The room we had was lovely and comfortable, due to the revamping of the hotel its not as clean at it could be. But we had an amazing four days We will be going back. "

"The room was a disappointment. I was expecting a 4 star hotel. The room was barely 3 and the bathroom about 2. A very dated hotel that was more of a motel. Breakfast was ok but not great. Would not stay again."

"The parking was easy & we walked everywhere in the town so didn’t use the car at all. The staff in the bar were friendly and helpful. We ate there both nights."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The food was very good. The hotel is very comfortable, well furnished and very quiet being a little remote. No outside noise and very little noise inside the hotel even with coach parties staying over. Looking forward to my next visit."

"Had to pay extra for using the spa facilities however we went down twice during our stay and you could have just walked straight in. Didn’t check if we had paid or not."

We had booked room only and were still able to book a table for evening meal in the restaurant at check-in.The food quality, presentation and service in the restaurant were excellent. The bar area relaxing for an evening drink. Room was clean comfortable and had all the extras we needed for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to access Keswick and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again if spending time in the Keswick area."
