"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. "A lovely feeling as soon as you walk in the door. A very welcoming, comfortable and pristine house. Great, secure garden and a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Burley village where you’ll find a lovely village store, pubs, gift shops and cafes. Great for forest walks. "My husband and I enjoyed a 3 night break at The Snugg, Ellingham, near Ringwood. It was a very relaxing place to stay and it had been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The enclosed garden is perfect if you have a dog with you and would be a lovely space to enjoy in the spring / summer. "This cosy cottage was cute and extremely well managed by the agents who answered every query and sent out the handyman whenever we had an issue and emailed back to tell me that the problem was fixed There were six of us staying which made it cosy as there was really not much space to go to when the kids watched tv. "This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place."

"Although this is a hotel, its more of a restaurant with rooms now. So it was quite noisy and busy in the evenings, with live music on one evening. However the music/bar closes promptly at a reasonable hour so not a huge problem. The staff are lovely and the restaurant food was fabulous. So much so that we ate far too much...It sits on the cliff top and we were able to hear the waves crashing overnight to lull us too sleep, not our first stay and wont be the last. "
