"comms were missed and not responded to. internet info was outdated and did not work. dated decor - grounds were tired, leaking shower tray, dated carpets and lights, no coffee machine "

"I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...

"The house is tastefully furnished, in immaculate condition and comes with all commodities one can think of.Great view, cozy garden, well connected to Brighton although Rottingdean offers a wide choice of cozy pubs too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to our nice landlady for renting her place out to us."
