"Excellent service as I requested a happy birthday message to my husband and it turned out to be a few balloons, warm bday card in the room plus 2 free drinks at the bar. All staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is great, big car park £6 for 24hours parking. Bus to town is just outside. Breakfast was lovely, good range of choices, my daughter especially enjoyed the yogurt drinks and the mixed bowls. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room are small, but still able to enjoy for about 10 mins in the hot room during the 30 mins session. Must book in advance!! Whole environment is nicer than I expected with lovely staffs which gave us a pleasant stay."

"Perfect location to explore Oxford city centre - everywhere a short walk away. Excellent staff and facilities. Bonus was (pre booked and chargeable) car parking which made for an easy trip"

"Spent night here on way to LHR. Hotel is close to station and Railair. Loads of shopping and restaurants nearby. Large bath and large shower in room. Difficult to use TV if you are a techniphobe like me. Would recommend. "

"Loved the hotel estate, very beautiful. Swans gliding in the lake outside the hotel room made a fantastic start to the day. Breakfast was enormous and we could take our time with it. Fantastic holiday for the family."

"Staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Every member of staff that we met were a credit to the brand hotel. My wife and I plus our german shepherd thoughily enjoyed our stay. Plenty of area to walk our dog and lovely areas for us to have breakfast. Will definitely return when in the area again. "
