"The staff were excellent, helpful, food delicious, amenities very good."

"Quite a good deal to visit the Excel Exhibition centre with a FREE ferry to Canary Wharf. The staff changed my bunk to a bottom bunk. Then I had a really nice bath as ai am not a shower person. My companion was an American Magician/Comedian who is touring Europe to get away from TRUMP. The water view from the window was an added bonus. A local map might have been useful but the Tesco express and bus stop close by was very useful."

"Clean room and helpful staff. Great to have water station on the floor to refill as needed. Better coffee would have been nice, but what was there was perfectly fine."

"The door had little soundproofing. My room was across from some kind of club room, staff were clanking bottles and what sounded like power washing tubs or buckets from 10 to 11pm. Not great for a 4am wake up."
