"We called upon arrival how to get to the hotel, he just said a 5 minute walk no directions whatsoever, that there is a bus or something else. Even at check in he was not accomodating."

"An inauspicious start, we had to wait over two hours to get a room, and then once we were in, the bathroom sink wasn't working properly. But the front desk staff, including Kenneth, Elly and especially, Erin worked above and beyond to rectify the situations. They accepted the problems as their own and got things working properly. "Staff were great at the desk and the restaurants. Hotel was good with the exception of the bed. It was very hard and the pillows flat. Found it hard to sleep"

"The hotel has a young upbeat vibe, although there were several senior couples like us there too! Room was clean but small. Had plugs at each bedside but one didn't work. AC didn't work well, so it was warm in our room which was uncomfortable. Room was very quiet even though planes were flying overhead, We ordered dinner there which was tasty. Very convenient to the airport - about a 7-minute walk. Check-out took a little longer than expected due to lack of staff. Overall, a nice stay in a safe & convenient area."

"A handy stop on our drive from London to Ullapool in a beautiful location, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and more than adequate for our needs. We didn’t have breakfast but dinner the night before was good. Also handily close by was a small shop selling essentials and a garage with petrol where we were able to fill up and purchase an indicator bulb for the car."

"Stayed at n one of the ground floor rooms and although bedroom was comfortable with super comfortable beds and a desk and chair, the bathroom was somewhat dated. Clearly set up as a disabled room and the washbasin far too low for able bodied person. Shower cubicle was small with a black shower curtain, also very dated. Rest of hotel was fine and food very good value for money."
