"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Convenient appart'hotel close to train station and walking distance to casino. Kitchenette has all basic amenities. Staff is nice and helpful. Living room space, cleanness of carpet and sofa bed is not the best and A/C is not great. A/C is good in the bedroom though. Only unconvenience is the toilet apart from the bathroom."
