We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. "
"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative and made our trip easy and fantastic!"
"Hotel Centrale was absolutely perfect—so quaint and full of charm, right in the heart of Bellagio. We had the best time ever staying here! The service was amazing from start to finish, and the breakfast each morning was spectacular—served with a beautiful view of the lake. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.
A special thank you to Michele, who was incredibly thoughtful and kind. He shared some wonderful history about the hotel and made our entire experience feel so personal and special.
