"Love the place the little patio looking to the mountain was so relaxing. The room was so beautiful and the bathroom was nice too . Also had planty closet room. It is 15min walk to the ferry but it os a very beautiful walk. I love walking and i really enjoy it. Gaia was such so helpful to make my arriving just perfect she is the best. "Love the place the little patio looking to the mountain was so relaxing. The room was so beautiful and the bathroom was nice too . Also had planty closet room. It is 15min walk to the ferry but it os a very beautiful walk. I love walking and i really enjoy it. Gaia was such so helpful to make my arriving just perfect she is the best. Everything was perfect "

The communication with the staff was excellent and they are extremely helpful during the check in process with plenty of information which, given the location of the property, could be confusing without. "The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."

"Absolutely stunning hotel to stay in. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was gorgeous with beautiful views over Bellagio itself. Such a romantic getaway for my husband and I. The breakfast was all fresh and tasty - would recommend the fruit Jam tart (all made in the property itself!). The self serve wine bar in the bar area was very handy! 10/10\. Wish we had booked a longer stay. Thank you for the most perfect stay! "
