Hotel excelentemente ubicado cercano a la estación central de tren a la cual puedes llegar directamente del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero cuenan con todo lo necesario, incuyendo area de lavadoras y secadoras. El personal es muy amable. Es una opción ideal para larga estancia por la relación precio ubicación y servicio.

Would stay again.
Some rooms needed attention. My first room the bathroom lights didn’t work properly and some issues with bathroom drains. After bringing this to their attention, they were eager to make notes for repairs. Spiders found in both rooms I had. I may have gotten bed bugs here (started to have symptoms after 2 nights there). They promptly changed me to a new room after my request and were very kind and helpful in other ways. Overall, I would stay again.

The power cut off whole morning without explanation. Small bathroom. No tv. I didn’t enjoy my time. The good thing about are staff and breakfast.

Great for what you are paying. If you need a fancy spot then it’s definitely not for you, but if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, clean spot just for the night then it’s perfect. Amazing location, two minute walk to the metro and then 10 minutes to the centre of town. Highly reccomend!

We had a very satisfactory overnight stay before catching a train at the nearby Wien Hauptbahnhof railway station. The facilities are simple and very clean. Would stay there again.

Pros and Cons Pros -Not far from Main Main station only 5 mins walk -Good Price -Electric fan -Big Refrigerator -You can late checkout for 5€ Cons -No TV -No AC -Bathroom is not in good condition -The breakfast buffet choice was not enough/too little. The coffee machine works really bad / Too expensive for 12 per Person -The pictures are not exactly one by one same

We knew this property is normally student accommodation, but as we were out all of the time that was ok. The room was big enough, comfortable, clean and the shower / bathroom was fine. Room serviced every day. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Particular mention for Agnes on Reception. Very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. She demonstrates the welcoming attitude to the people who work here that enhanced our stay in Vienna. Thanks !!

Was unable to use "free Wifi" as, according to staff, my computer operating system is "too old". 24 hr manned front desk wasn't, found difficulty in entering building after 22:00 when front desk attendant left his post. Breakfast room was unable to provide coffee for all customers, failed to instruct how to use self-serve coffee machine, ran out of coffee.

Everything was great. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was a little expensive at 8.50 euros, but otherwise we had no complaints

Warm reception and quick check-in
The hotel is very close to the train station & there are many convenience stores nearby. The check-in was super fast and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I simply loved my stay here.

Great location for train-travellers, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. If you`re looking for a simple place to stay, uncomplicated and functional (nothing fancy)- this is a really nice place.

Staff ok, especially the gentleman on afternoon who went the extra mile for you, very ancient TV provided which did not work during our stay despite the afternoon reception staff going out of his way to try and fix. Centrally located, just a few minute walk from the main railway station

Straightforward good value hotel
I booked this hotel as it looked to be close to the centre of Vienna and had good reviews. I can highly recommend it. Everything was clean, as advertised and the staff were helpful. They allowed us to check in early and leave our suitcases in the bar on the final day after checkout so we could go sightseeing before an evening flight. Definitely would recommend for a budget hotel and would use again as staff made everything so easy.

Good location but...
The room was not properly clean by the housekeeping people. I found a pair of used sock left in my room, 307 and the best part was, there is ‘something’ floating in the toilet bowl... NO aircond, but it’s okay with me since it’s not summer, they let the window open all the time to keep the room cool.. No kettle in the room, you can borrow from the reception No iron and ironing board, maybe can borrow from the reception as well. The only plus point was the walking distance location from Wien Haupbahnof. It took me less than an hour to get from Vienna International Airport to this property by OBB Railjet train for €4.20.

More of a hostel than a hotel
I arrived late at this hotel & was greeted by a friendly smile - all good so far. I went to the room & it was small, the room was a student room - something confirmed by the entrance staff, the bed was as if it were in a drawer, the bathroom had mold on the tiles & dirty grout, everything in the bathroom was past its sell by date. I have to say the room was clean, but it is not somewhere i would re book.

Great basic location near the Central Station
Nice, clean, basic hotel with a great location close to the main train station in Vienna. It was very warm during our stay and there is no a/c but we did have a fan to help keep us cool. An economical option for a Vienna base.

I stayed 2 nights here, the second night room was smaller, which was not so convenient to open 2 baggages. there was not hair dryer, if you need one, you need to request and get from the reception. there was no carpark near the hotel, which was a bit not so convenient. there were many doors along the corridor when you walk to your room. the hotel was with reasonable price and the room was big, the location was ok.
