Most comfortable beds in the world! SOOOO comfy. Staff super nice. The streetcars 38 and 37 are outside so easy to go north or south and 1 block away you can get on the U4. So convenient. Many grocery stores a block away and of course the Leo Wiener Wurst stand. Super delicious. Great place to stay and very reasonable.

I arrived late in the evening, the room assigned had a strong noise from the air conditioning even when it was switched off: I went down and then up with the girl at the reception, she realized the issue, we went down to change the room. The new room had no electricity, I went down explaining the situation; the lady came to the room, she realized the problem and changed once again the room. The third room (after almost 30 minutes wasted) was fine but in the night there was a strong noise from outside so don't expect to sleep well! They had zero flexibility about check out time.

Ibis Styles Wien is e beautiful colorful hotel with clean rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Mind you that it is not in the centre of Vienna but the connections with the metro is fast and they run every 3 to 4 minutes. The metro prices are also very cheap so you can move very easy through Vienna. So you get an excellent hotel for a good price.

Comfortable and eco friendly
Comfortable stay with functioning AC! This was the only hotel of the 3 we stayed in Vienna during our travels that actually educated guests about how city water is brought in from the Alps and how the tap water is the best in taste and quality. We had a lower floor so street noise (sirens) was some nuisance overnight despite the soundproof rooms. Breakfast included and tasty typically Austrian fare.

Great for weekend trip
We went to a wedding in Vienna and stayed in Ibis Styles hotel. The hotel was very clean comfortable and modern. Great air con in the room. The breakfasts were brilliant with lots of choice. The receptionists were always very helpful as we asked for advice about where to get the tram, trains etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others .

כאשר הזמנו את המלון היה כתוב שיש חניה ושרות הסעות לשדה תעופה.בפועל חניה לא . הייתה,נסענו למגרש חניה בתשלום הזמנו שאטל הסעה לשדה תעופה בדלפק של המלון בתשלום של 55 יורו. בליל הטיסה הגיעו 2 מוניות וביקשו מאיתנו תשלום 72 יורו.למרות שרשום באתר של המלון שיש להם שרות הסעות. החוויה של המלון הפכה להיות יותר יקרה מהצפויה. והמלון לא לקח אחריות על עניין המוניות. חוץ מזה חדר שרותים לא אטום וכל הריחות מתנדפים אל תוך החדר. מעבר לכך המלון היה נקי ומתאים למלון מעבר לפני או אחרי טיסה ללילה או שני לילות

Super Hotel Super Location
Super location. Ideal for Public Transport. Comfortable rooms and bathroom. Super friendly staff. Trip was immediately before Austrian Lockdown but nevertheless we really enjoyed 1st trip to Vienna. Will definitely stay at Ibis Styles again

I was travelling with my wife and 2 kids, we spent 3 nights at the Ibis Styles hotel and were really, really impressed with the room, the service and breakfast. The location is really good, but we still had a 72-hour Vienna City card which allowed us to use the public transport without any limits. And I need to admit that the public transport they have in Vienna is superb. In general, a superb stay and I'd recommend Ibis Styles to anyone fellow traveller

Great base for our trip to Vienna. The tram stop was just outside and the metro station was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay.
