Very nice property, a little bit outdated. The hotel owner gave us a warm welcome and made our stay at this hotel very enjoyable! Excellent ratio quality/price, and we will be back at this property.

Basic hotel in a convenient location. The furnishings were rather old but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was cramped but with a strong shower. Reliable WiFi.

Pessima esperienza, state alla larga.
Coppia con bambino. L’edificio è vecchio e malandato, l’hotel al secondo piano si raggiunge con ascensore fatiscente, ma ci accontentiamo di poco. Nell’ascensore una busta di vestiti sporchi, qualcuno grida dalle scale, una porta sul pianerottolo è l’ingresso dell’hotel, non badiamo alle apparenze. Ci accolgono odori non invitanti e un uomo che non parla inglese e tanto meno italiano (alla faccia del personale multilingue) che con modi spicci ci fa capire che non vuole che portiamo il passeggino all’interno. Solo dopo molte insistenze ci consegna comunque le chiavi della camera. La camera è molto spoglia, ha un tappeto sul quale non appoggereste i piedi, si gira appena intorno a letto, c’è un solo comodino con un abat-jour di plastica mezzo rotto, affaccio su un cavedio sporco, ma sappiamo adattarci. Però manca il lettino per il bambino che avevamo richiesto e che la descrizione dell’hotel indicava come servizio pure gratuito. Faticosamente spieghiamo il problema all’uomo di prima che scuote la testa e fa cenno di no. Dopo qualche tempo ci raggiunge un uomo più giovane, che parla inglese con noi e una lingua sconosciuta con l’altro uomo. Con modi incredibilmente sgarbati ci spiega che nel suo hotel non ci sono affatto lettini o culle per bambini, ci offre una stanza più grande (con sovrapprezzo) con un divano letto, inutile e pericoloso per un bambino di 9 mesi. Mostriamo la prenotazione e ci invita ad andarcene via promettendo un rimborso che non arriverà. Cambiato hotel.

The location was very good. 2 tube stations or a bit more than 10 minutes walk to Stephansplatz which is in the centre of Vienna. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful! The breakfast was included. Overall, we really had a nice stay at this hotel.

If your just looking for a room with a bed then this OK. What’s good is the location. Easy walk, I think, to main centre of Vienna, easy access to city Transit and Airport express train. Met others who thought this place was pricey for what you are getting. I guess they can charge that for location.

The location is perfect, in the centre near all transport and airport links. The rest is weak. Best for an overnight stopover if you are in transit.

Room is spacious for 4 family members. Beds are a double and a bank bed. This bank bed is not big enough to accomodate 2 people, so I needed to use supplementary tiny bed. Break fast is reasonable but has limited choices of fruits.

Hotel is just a part of a bigger building with lift to second floor reception. Although displaying visa wanted cash payment. Good breakfast though, ususl selection of cereals breads ham cheese and jams and pastes. 2 minute walk to Mitte station

Convenient, simple hotel
Really convenient location in the centre of Vienna with easy access to one of the main subway interchanges. The room was comfortable and a good size, though very basic. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. Overall a good place for the price.

Basic pension in good central spot
Old hotel providing the very basics. Had a single room bit much more that a blocked off hallway. Basic breakfast provided. Fine if all you want is a bed for the night, a shower and breakfast. Don't expect much more

Good location for railway to Airport CAT
The hotel is a bit dated and up three floors but there is a small lift . The service is very efficient and within a couple of minutes of checking in I was relaxing in the room . I would stay again mainly for the convenience of the location

Excellent location to airport connection for early departure. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fine. Bedroom was converted old dining room with chandelier. Funky but fine. Nice high ceiling with chandelier. Clean.

OK in Vienna
OK. Very cramped toilet/shower area compared to similar price/type location. Good options with included breakfast. Only 1 block from Wien Mitte subway station complex around city and to airport.
