Perfect Appartment
This apartment is very clean and well kept with everything you need. The apartment is very basic and does not look lived in but it is very comfortable. Wonderful apartment
Loved this apartment. Mani the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Apartment was in a nice area, outside of the old city but extremely well served by transit to the airport and all areas of the city. Could have walked to all the main attractions if we had wanted to. The apartment itself was extremely clean, large bright and airy and the host provided towels, bedding etc. We would definitely use it if we visit Vienna again.

Excellent Apartment
This is a very clean and roomy apartment, in a very convenient location a block from Rennweg station (just a couple stops from the main train station, or from Wien Mitte, where you catch the airport train). Or, you can take a streetcar downtown. Would be great for a family with kids, as there are two separate bedrooms and plenty of space. Highly recommended - sorry we couldn't stay longer!

Great apartment with a few niggles
Three of us booked the apartment based on the description and, by and large, were fully satisfied with the apartment where we ended up. The location is easy walking distance to trams and trains, as well as very close to a variety of shops for groceries and other items. It is also very convenient to reach many of Vienna's tourist attractions. (That said, the meeting place for the host is NOT the building where you are likely to end up staying. If you go inside at THAT address, it is far more sketchy-looking.) As for the apartment itself, the kitchen is supplied with basic equipment for cooking, and towels and bedding are also supplied (although not toilet paper or laundry cleaning materials). The rooms are very large with high ceilings. The building also has a lift, which is great if you have large bags. There were several small niggles about our visit that I feel should be flagged. First, our host found it difficult to believe that three women would be travelling together if they were not in a relationship and had not made up all of the beds. In addition, although the apartment was advertised as having 1.5 bedrooms, it is apparently their policy not to open the separate toilet unless four people are staying together. Once those matters were sorted out, however, we had no issues.

Spacious and clean apartment in great location in Vienna
We had a great stay in Vienna at this apartment. We were visiting our daughter who was studying abroad and there were 4 of us in the apartment. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and kitchen well equipped for breakfast and simple meals. Bathroom was spacious and convenient to have a washing machine but no there is no clothes dryer- we had to hang clothes to dry. Easy walk to grocery stores to get food and drinks. Owner Mani lives in the building and was very available to answer questions or to help with anything. Safe neighborhood and apartment was very clean and warm. No common living area but there is a tv and seating in each large bedroom which was comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Excellent stay in prime location!
From our initial contact with Mani to the checkout process, our stay exceeded our expectations. Mani went above and beyond as a host; he personally called to answer our questions, he met us at the apartment upon arrival, he was accommodating and flexible, and had one of the most thorough check out processes ever. As travelers who have stayed in many Homeaway apartments in Europe, we can easily say that this one was one of the very best. The apartment was very clean and very spacious, the full and half bathrooms were very convenient, and the size of the kitchen provided ample space to gather around the table. And to top it all off, the location can't be beat. We walked to the grocery stores, the train station was less than a block away, and we even walked to and from the Opera House almost every day. We also used the Vienna Pass during our visit, and the bus station was a close walk from the apartment. If you want to visit Vienna, this is the place to stay!

Wonderful respite

Lovely stay in Vienna
It was quite easy to stay here. Mani made the check-in process quite simple. I suggest if it is your first time to Vienna to use the Tram line 71 the first day or so. You pick up the line steps from the apartment and it takes you to the most popular places in the heart of Vienna.

Perfect time in Vienna
This unit was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are very large, beds were comfortable and the unit was a great value. The metro station was a short walk and we utilized Vienna’s easy to use public transit to get to city centre. Mani was fabulous. Very responsive and friendly and available for anything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Mani the owner was awesome! Easy access on arrival. Easy exit on departure. The apartment looks exactly like the picture, but the actual being there is even better. Very Clean, large spaces. Everything you need. BIG bathroom. All grocery and drug stores. Easy access via tram maybe 10-15 into main part of Vienna. We walked along the wonderful streets about half hour. A modern, clean apartment very close to the city centre.
A recently renovated flat close to the Ring. You have a Viennese feel living among the local people. The flat is clean, the furniture is modern, very comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom is excellent. We walked to town every day, it is very close. There are local eateries and shops in the area. Parking is free Saturday and Sunday and there is an excellent and cheap parking garage close by.

Super, spacious modern apartment.
This property is very near the train and tram station and also quite easy to walk to the centre of Vienna and some of the sights. We stayed 4 nights, Mani very kindly met us at the station and it was a very short walk to the apartment. It had two lovely rooms , a kitchen and both bedrooms doubled up as a spacious living room and had tv with netflix etc. The place was very clean and i even used the washing machine before I left. Very comfortable beds and a decent kitchen too. Vienna is a wonderful city to see and this is a good option for a family we were travelling with our son also who is 19 or couples. I felt it was good value and Mani was very welcoming ,

Spacious Vienna Apt
The apartment was very clean and spacious, just a short walk to the train station, centrally located. The owner was responsive to questions. We tried to go to the grocery store - they are closed on Sunday, and open late/close early other days, but found a great cafe right at the train station next to Burger King. Mani recommended a wonderful Austrian restaurant for dinner, gave us good directions how to catch the train, so we could hop the OBB one stop to the other lines to go downtown or Schloss Schonbrunn, and the train station to leave town. Apt. supplied with travel brochures, wifi and big TV. Only wished for a fan (we were there for some very hot days). With windows shut, the apartment was very quiet.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Vienna. The apartment had a great location, fast connection with the Opera by tram or a pleasant 20 min walk. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and quiet, close to a train station connected to the airport. Mani was very helpful and pleasant. We'd go back if we visit Vienna again.

It was good...could be great
We stayed for four days in June. Mani was right there when we called. The apartment is very clean, which is a big plus for us. Plenty of space, nice to have a washer. Great location. A few things could make this a five stars....it wasn't too warm, but warm enough without airconditioning that we needed to keep the windows open. A few fans would have made it so we didn't and therefore would not be awakened so early. Internet was very spotty, not a huge deal if you are travelling and don't need it but hard for me with work. On the whole, a nice place just could use a few more simple touches.

The property once you get inside is very clean and functional all be it basic
We were so disappointed with this property. Take note that the flat is inside a very old property and the entrance hall is not at all welcoming. It is dark and badly in need of decoration. The area is very mixed being near the station. Obviously these are things that are outside of the owners control. On the plus side,Transport links are excellent with tram 71 getting you into the centre in minutes. The area has numerous fast food outlets nearby. There are however certain issues the owner could put right with minimum effort. We arrived at 8pm in the evening and there was nothing to get us started in the flat. There was no toilet paper and just a small bowl with sachets of coffee , milk, sugar etc would be such a welcoming touch. All the nearby shops were closed so we really struggled.Secondly we asked if we could use the twin room instead of the double room but the owner said he had no sheets to make it up! We were given one very flat pillow each and admittedly when asked the owner did put two more in the flat the next day. The quality of the bed linen and as others have commented - the towels was extremely poor. We were provided with two towels which had to last us six days. This is so unlike previous properties we have rented through homeAway. On the plus side the beds were very comfortable. Finally we could not find out where to leave the rubbish. In short, we feel the manager does not show much care or attention to detail and could be much more welcoming.

I am sorry to see my first not good review and I found it very unfaire. if you guys would have asked for more toiletpapers or towels I would have provided them for sure just like I did for the pillows just for others info: we are not allowd to put any kind of food like sugar, coffee, etc. in our apartments.

Excellent property that was well located.
We had a wonderful time in Vienna staying at Mani's place. It is conveniently located near the tram and train stations. The property is comfortable for a family and you can cook meals. The grocery store is nearby with very competitive prices.

Great Owner!! - Reasonable and convenient flat/apartment
The property looks as it is listed and is conveniently located to transportation (streetcar, subway, bus). The owner, Mani, is truly a wonderful person and available to assist you. All you have to do is ask. This flat/apartment served us well as we have moved to Vienna for work and needed a place to stay. Since it is winter, we did not visit any sites because our reason for renting the flat/apartment is different than most. We cooked some of our meals and that worked for us. The Apple TV, internet and heat worked well. Please note there is no microwave and the flat could use new towels and linens. Everything was clean. After our time was up we stayed in another property owned by Mani and he helped us move. We were glad to have rented this flat/apartment.

Vienna in LAte October
The apartment was as advertised. We were met promptly at the entrance by the owner and led into a large clean apartment with two oversized bedrooms. The bathroom was quite large and more than adequate. While being just one half block off of Rennweg and a short 10 minute walk to the Belvedere Palace, the apartment was extraordinarily quiet. Area maps and guidebooks were available to help one become familiar with the city sights.

Excellent location for Visitors to Vienna
The apartment is ideally located, a block from the train stop from the airport, a block from tramline #71 which takes within minutes to the Ringstrasse--museums, the Opera, central shopping area, the marvelous architecture of the Ring. The Belvedere with some of the best of Klimt paintings is a short walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable. Grocery stores are a short walk away. It is well equipped and comfortable though sparsely decorated. Comfortable beds. Ideal for 2-4 persons. Mani was extremely helpful in getting us oriented and in rectifying any small problems. One suggestion: Wi-Fi rather weak and needs updating

Large 2-bedroom apartment a great value
We loved our stay in Vienna at Mani's rental. Just a quick tram ride from the main train station, the apartment is located near the Belvedere and is a short walk to transportation into the Ring and other points of interest all over town. Inside, all is clean and modern with two large bedrooms, twin beds and a king for 4 guests. The kitchen has a cozy built in dining nook and refrigerator/freezer. The bath has tub and shower plus double sink and we were happy to also see a washing machine! Mani helped us find places to eat and got us connected to public transportation. He speaks excellent English. Overall, highly recommended.

Great Location in Vienna
We recently spent 4 days in Vienna with our two teenage grandchildren. Our host, Mani, was most helpful. He had us call him as we got on the train at the airport and then he met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. The apartment had 2 very large bedrooms, each with its own TV and sitting area, as well as a kitchen and a full bath and an extra toilet room. Mani acquainted us with the features of the apartment and told us to knock on his door if we needed anything. The apt. was located about a block from the #71 Trolley which runs straight into the Ring and continues on the Ring. It was only 2 stops on the trolley to the city ring and the trolley ran every few minutes. We had breakfast pastries each morning at a nearby bakery and the location of the apt made it easy to return during the day for a quick nap before heading out for the evening adventures. We will stay here again should we ever return to this wonderful city filled with music!!

My stay in the propety on Schtzengasse
Mani was extremely helpful for making our stay comfortable. The APT was clean and spacious for us to stay with my family and the location was excellent. The room rate was outstanding compared to typical hotels in Vienna. We have visited Vienna multiple times and this is one of the best visits. Since this was my business trip, I needed itemized receipt. Although the owner's policy was cash at the time of check in, Mani accommodated this letting me pay through paypal after small charge for paypal fees. Overall, we really liked this property and we will consider staying in this APT in the future. Thanks Mani for making our stay pleasant.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Vienna!
Mani is a wonderful host and his apartment is delightful for a short or extended stay in the city. It is very quiet, and a nice walk to all the sights in the city center. It is also an easy walk to tram, bus, and train lines, including direct to the airport and Wien Hbf. There is a great grocery store just a short walk down Rennweg toward the city center, and we enjoyed several wonderful dinners at Salm Brau in the same area. There is a bank ATM about a half-block away across the street. The apartment is very clean, with a large bathroom and wonderful shower! The kitchen is well-equipped with a nice eating area for enjoying breakfast and planning the day's activities. The four of us had a wondrful three days in Vienna, and were very comfortable in this spacious apartment. We heartily recommend it!

Great apartment could easily sleep 6 adults. High celling's and clean modern look. Historic neighborhood, quiet building and neighbors. Well equipped kitchen and 1.5 bath. Close to stores and restaurants 5 min walk from Belvedere. Free parking in front of the building on Saturday and Sunday, paid parking week days close by. Tram to downtown 2 min walk and 3 stations away or 15 min on foot. We had a great time in Vienna, Mani the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the apartment for short and long stay in great town Vienna.
