"Staff were lovely, great customer service and really friendly. Room was really quiet on 4th floor. Had aircon which was great. The rooms are small but all we needed in London as we were only sleeping there. TV was massive, with Sky so my 7 year old was happy."

"Excellent location and love the fact the rooms have a kitchenette area but very expensive at £250 a night. I would also expect security locks on the doors for that price. "
