Great place, with great view. Good beds and nice wooden apartment vibe. 18 persons is too much, I would say 14 persons is the maximum. Also because the kitchen and dining room is not equipped for more people. Also the skibox is quite small for so many people. Garage and building are fine and the place is really quiet.
