"The suite was very nice and much larger than we expected. We requested a suite with a view of the Sphere, however, we were given one with a city view without being notified of the change. The property is very big and it’s very easy to get lost and we did several times. There are many pools to choose from, although they roped off some of them while we were there. The temperature in both the pool and spa were ideal for us. You can text the front desk for any questions or issues you have and they respond fairly quickly which is a nice perk. You can also order room service all day and it’s delivered in a short time despite the estimated 60 minutes it usually showed. The food is great and there are lots of tasty options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

"This hotel has seen better days. Check in was slow. Thank goodness the staff is great or the marks would be lower. The place smells terrible and even on the 20th floor, sleeping was difficult due to the smoke smell. Toilet was running all the time. Paying a cheep price gets you a cheep experience. The staff was great!!!!"

"Make sure to read carefully the amenities. The Royal tower doesn’t have a fridge in case you need one. But they were kind enough to provide one which I needed. "

"Casino was nice and clean. Only complaint would be their check in process. They have kiosk machines that make it easy but my friend and I wanted to be on the same floor so we had to wait in the normal line. The line wasn’t long but only two windows were open so it took about 30mins before we were helped. Checking out on the kiosk was simple and quick. "

"Definitely enjoyed our stay. Could see the some things needed to be updated and repaired. Also maybe take out a few.of the cabana/day beds and have more chairs avaliable to use in the pool area."
