"Great looking property but surprised by some shortcomings: 1) room hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived and every day there were noticeable things missed during cleaning, 2) even with extra “resort fee” WiFi only covered 2 devices, 3) no fridge or coffee maker in room, 4) parkade exit is well known for malfunctions and indeed took 20 minutes for Uber to get out, 5) swimming pool was dirtier than expected. "

"If your room has a Strip view or are you upgrade to a strip view I would ask where it is. We had a wonderful view of construction a side highway and partial strip. Upon check out I did mention that it was not a great View and and the lady checking us out tried to argue that it was still a partial view. For the amount I paid I was very disappointed. However they did make it right and wave to the fee. But still charged resort fees on top of my Expedia price. Apparently the Expedia prices don't include the resort fee."

"I rarely write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Our stay at Bellagio Las Vegas was honestly shocking—and not in a good way. For a place that markets itself as high-end, the service and overall experience were nowhere close to what you’d expect, especially at these prices. First, they completely messed up our room. After a long travel day, we arrived only to find out that the room we had booked wasn’t available. Instead of fixing it quickly, we were put in a temporary room for the night. It then took an entire day and multiple calls to the front desk to finally get us into the room we actually paid for. So the first ~30 hours of our stay were basically wasted dealing with their mistake. The issues didn’t stop there. The billing was a mess. There were multiple incorrect charges to our room, and I had to spend more time calling the front desk to get things sorted out. For a hotel at this level, basic operational competence shouldn’t be this hard. What really surprised me, though, was the dining. We tried a couple of the “upscale” restaurants on property, expecting at least decent quality. Instead, the food was genuinely disappointing—borderline low quality, especially considering the prices. It felt like you’re paying purely for the name and location, not for anything close to a good culinary experience. And the prices—this was the most shocking part. Everything is absurdly expensive, far beyond what would be reasonable..."
