The locaton is great, within 5 mjnutes minutes walk from San Lucia train station. The bproperty is along the canal. Gmwonderful view from guset room. The breakfast is ok, we like the canal view of breakfast hall. Venetian lights and old style furniture are very elegent. We got to checked into our room at noon time and we got upgraded to the room with biggest balcony. It’s a super enjoyable experience to sit on balconly, drinking Berlini and watch the canal. We had an excellence time."
