We had a room with a balcony which was quite lovely to sit out on and relax/regroup after exploring Rome. Everything was immaculate and up to date and modern amenities. "The staff behind the reception go the extra mile for their guests, very helpful and professional in all their manner. Stefano has kindly booked our Vatican tickets. A breakfast pack was also made ready for us when we travelled early in the morning for our tour. We loved the interior of the hotel, so chic and elegant. Breakfast spread was decent and had plenty to choose from. The hotel is close to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica, which was convenient to walk. I would definitely come back...

"Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it.
