"The location was fab for exploring Valletta and close to the bus station for going further afield. The flat was tidy and good for what we needed. However, communication about check in and check out was unclear. The house keeping staff, who showed up at our door 30mins before check out time, didn't seem to know when check out was which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable."
"Great location, great cleaning staff, elevator good, plumbing, a/c and noise control all good. Check-in was difficult befor 5 pm, and the WiFi/ internet never worked. Prince was very helpful getting me in and assisting with bags."
"Located in a quiet yet central position.
We stayed in the penthouse and Wow !
The views from the wrap around terraces are fantastic both during the day and at night .
The whole ambiance of the penthouse is built around clean lines and minimalist living yet has a feeling of luxury where everything has been thought of .
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ."

Lovely room, very light touch. Did not really need to contact anyone directly, as all the details were well catered for. Codes for the front door and the room, cleaned every day. Even the drinking water bottle refreshed. Very comfortable, and just a fantastic location. I could not pick a spot in Valetta that would be more convenient and yet in a quiet spot not on the main tourist lanes.

We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. Clean rooms with modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower. Very polite staff. Good selection of cooked and continental food for breakfast. Spa pool in the basement is peaceful. Pool suitable for relaxing not laps. A dozen or so comfortable loungers. A steam room and sauna for 3/4 people. Plenty of free towels and water. Rooftop pool with similar loungers. Not sure if it’s heated but was comfortable on a warm day. We would stay again.
