It was delicious! The rooms were clean. However, we did notice there was black mold in our shower. The hotel seems to be a little older and one of the rooms was completely gutted and getting a makeover, so construction was going on. Overall, the staff was very nice. It was not very close to any good restaurants or cafes; a ~15-20 min walk to anything decent. We had to call down to get new sheets as there was hair & stains on them when we arrived. "My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. "The proximity to Disney was great. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a plus although a lot of breads. Variety of fresh fruits could have been more. Shuttle was a plus although could have had more buses in Circulation to help with busy times. Sometimes it was a 45 min wait for a bus. We actually walked the 2km after the fireworks one night. AC was not an American one more of a fan blowing.
Overall it was a good fit for our family. The pool was beautiful and...
