"The ambiance of the property was fabulous. It is an old building and was charming. The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. The bar was the same no people. If you didn't have cell phone to use the QR code you could not get a drink. The breakfast if you didn't pay for it in advance was not available as expected. I found the place charming but unwelcoming. However...

"My stay at Croft 21 Glamping was brilliant. I had travelled from Glasgow up to Inverness for work over the weekend. I arrived on the Saturday night and checked in smoothly, the pod had pretty much everything you could need. It was extremely clean and modern, everything worked fine I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place.
