"East parking, lovely helpful staff and great location to walk to town."

"Spa wasn’t open because of being short staffed (can’t be helped not a big deal) Hot tube was too cold not enjoyable. Was no coffee in the room. Had tea and decaf but no coffee. Was also told to bring towels back up to room after the pool to carry on using as they were low on towels. Had dinner there food was really good. However the staff member was rude. I had asked for a drinks menu she told me it’s on the website honestly thought she was joking she was not. I googled it after a few minutes I couldn’t find it. She came over asked if we knew what we wanted to drink yet. I answered I’m struggling to find the menu and she just said I will come back then. Could have just helped and told us what was on the menu. Also, the shower water in the room gave me a reaction didn’t have this problem in the showers at the pool. No idea why but concerning Overall, wasn’t exactly relaxing or that enjoyable. "

"Breakfast menu was quite lean on the cold/continental menu but had varied with the hot food. Could do better with the continental breakfast section. Take note that parking isn’t free or complimentary."

"Beautiful historic coach house in the middle of the most beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Room was large, food at James Martins tavern was superb and the staff were fantastic, especially Jason who greeted us on arrival and the waitress Gina at breakfast who was so welcoming, friendly and nice to my 3 yr old son. Will definitely be returning. Hopefully for Christmas. "

"We booked a room with a patio, knowing the weather was going to be good, so it was lovely to be able to sit outside and look at the beautiful scenery. It was midweek during the Easter school break but the spa facilities were quiet which was nice and we swam and sunbathed 2 days in a row. Restaurant was good including breakfast and dinner. Staff all lovely. "

"A great spot to enjoy some of the Cotswolds Way. Massive comfy bed and strong shower, although a bit let down by an old bath and cheap, clingy shower curtain. Nice bar area, friendly staff, and OK food. Good value breakfast, as you get continental plus a hot menu included. However, the full English I had was below par (definitely seemed pre-prepared rather than freshly made), but some of the other items looked better. "
