"Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Had to pay £10 for parking, which I was not made aware of. The room had some bad stains on the carpet. There was a loud sound all night, felt like being inside a tumble dryer. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Birmingham which were a lot cheaper. "

"Few staff members but the ones there were were amazing, hardworking, wanted to please , polite and helpful. Nice bar area . Good size rooms with table and chairs. Lovely comfortable bed . Left my coat in the lounge and it was safely put away until I remembered. Good breakfast. Great location. "

"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall! "
