"We were quite disappointed. We were expecting a lot considering the resort’s ratings. Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 4:20pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We ordered right on 4:30 but it took half an hour for any food or drink to come. Canapés were one miniature chicken wing and a dollop of dip with a few vegetable sticks each. All pool beds were taken early..."
