Jeg kan undre mig over, at jeg overhovedet blev - men ikke så længe som planlagt. De 2 nætter frem for 6 var mere end rigeligt! Vedligehold og rengøring var elendigt - det endte der bliver holdt ved lige er vist haven. Men den var også pæn. Det er umuligt at kommunikerer med personalet og de var derfor heller ikke til hjælp på nogen måde. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Weder auf den Liegen noch auf den Stühlen draußen gab es Polster. Am Pool keine Sonnenschirme. Warmwasser gab es leider höchstens 5 min. Direkt vor unserem Zimmer war eine Baustelle. Leider eher enttäuschend trotz dem netten Personal. Bed was more comfortable. Had a kettle but no coffe or tea. Fridge was extremely dirty. OK for 1 night. Breakfast very basic & not much choice. No fruit. Had an excellent massage outdoor on the premises. Staff very friendly as usual! I had an ok stay in both. The grounds are beautifully maintained so it’s a lovely setting and it’s great if you want to be in more of a rural setting surrounded by rice paddies. The things I thought could be improved were; providing soap in bathrooms, block out curtains as they let so much sunlight and night light in, the tv in the superior room was tiny and in a random position, breakfast was basic compared to other similar villas I’ve stayed in around Ubud. The room was well presented, and the private pool was awesome, very clean and nice luxury to have. The house keeping lacked some attention to detail (gowns supplied on first night but not replaced, housekeeping entered room without knocking, rubbish not all cleared each day.) Breakfast was late twice and we had to ask repeatedly before it came, requested no bread due to allergies but was given bread on 3 out of 4 days. Had a great time here, driver AdI was great. WiFi was spotty, and I wish the free shuttle had earlier drop off times since 10am is a little late to get started for yoga etc. The guest pool was great with beautiful view, I walked to town, a lil trek but not bad. The private pools are not as pristine as pictured but still great!!! I'd give this place a 4/5\. I'd love less firm beds and more free shuttle options. Tip: pineapple pancake is great!!!
