Staff were friendly but the hotel wasn’t nice as I expected. However, I’m definitely to choose better one next time if I travel to Ubud. This building rate in Hotels.com is high, but overrated. The staff were wonderful, very discreet and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is a little gem, tucked away from all the noise but in easy reach of all Ubud has to offer. Extremely quiet area of Ubud, but walking distance to centre of town and many attractions if you don't mind the Penestanan stairs. Several other excellent dining options nearby. The gardens are absolutely stunning, excellent pool and beautiful rooms. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were good and clean, and the staff friendly. The villas are located in lush nature. Just be vary that the rooms have thin walls so you can easily hear neighbors outside, so bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper. But the area is mostly quiet and peaceful so it is not that big of a problem. Il manque toutefois des rangements et un séchoir. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour nager sur plusieurs mètres. L'accès en voiture est impossible d'où la nécessité de buggys pour vous transporter avec vos bagages. Sinon a pieds, quelques minutes de marches pour atteindre le centre ville.
