The staff were wonderful, very discreet and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is a little gem, tucked away from all the noise but in easy reach of all Ubud has to offer. The rooms were good and clean, and the staff friendly. The villas are located in lush nature. Just be vary that the rooms have thin walls so you can easily hear neighbors outside, so bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper. But the area is mostly quiet and peaceful so it is not that big of a problem.
