We added breakfast to our stay, which was also really very good. Very polite and super-friendly service in the adjoining bar/cafe. No complaints here whatsoever Next time we’re in Newcastle for a night away , this is where we’ll come . Thank you "

"Perfect position in central newcastle. Hotel reception was very friendly and professional, even supplying earplugs on request. Parking was free on site and secure. All aspects of hotel clean and tidy, lots of eating and drinking options on site. Breakfast in bedroom was great. Would definitely stay again.. "
