Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees."

Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x"
