The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. Basic amenities should not require constant follow-up.The jacuzzi takes about 30 minutes to warm up, yet management never informed us. Staff refused to turn it on in advance and would only activate it if we were standing right next to it, making it inconvenient to use.We also observed staff engaging in personal displays of affection in guest areas, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.Overall, the service was below standard and needs serious improvement.
