"We stayed here when we came to town for a wedding. It had a great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. It was clean and the hot tub was so nice after long days. The downstairs was not available for us to use due to a remodel, which we didn’t know when we originally booked our trip. We were still able to fit everyone in the bunk room so it wasn’t a huge deal. The train is very active at night and you will hear it. Overall a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay."

"We did our annual family vacation and stayed here this year. The neighborhood was beautiful and private. Close drive to town but still like a getaway. The house was lovely. We enjoyed laying in the hammock outside. The leather couches were super comfy and there was plenty of seating at the kitchen bar countertop and the kitchen table for eating and socializing. "The house has an old time cabin feeling with log walls and wooden cabinets. It is a large property located very near to downtown, amid several rows of low-rise condo developments and a hospital. It is very near Highway 5; you can see and hear the highway from the back deck and hot tub. 3 bedrooms upstairs with one hall bath and a bedroom with en suite bath downstairs as well as a 3rd bath next to the living room. 2 car garage. Hot tub."

"The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the video game table and the wide variety of interesting books and music. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. Most of the restaurants we had researched prior to our visit were no longer open for...

"This was the perfect spot for our family and friends annual lake trip. Besides backing to the lake and being walking distance to the water where we anchored the boats there was plenty of parking for 4 vehicles and two trailers. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities one could need. The garage game room was an absolute plus with the pool table and dart board. Will definitely be booking for next summer!"
