"Nice hotel close to centre of the city. Staff friendly & helpful. We stayed in a room in the annexe which was spacious, however the floor particularly in the bathroom was springy & made a loud squeaking noise. The bed was also very hard & had difficulty sleeping on it. Breakfast was excellent. "

Emailed the staff about breakfast included in the price as that is what was advertised and that is what I paid for however their response was rude and blamed Hotels.com. "
