"Beautiful spacious apartment right by Piazza San Marco. Great place to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, beds were super comfortable and linens were hotel standard. Note that elevator opens up to apartment but you need a key so its very safe. The loft is very low but our kids loved it (despite bumping their heads a few times). We loved how spacious it was for Venice. The small rooftop terrace was such a nice treat. Will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Venice. The...

"We were greeted by our very friendly and forthcoming hostess. The object is a bit small, but clean and with enough space for six if you don’t mind sleeping tight underneath the roof upstairs. "Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon."
