"Excellent holiday and a great property. Can’t fault this place however a vehicle is a must as the bus service at St Mawgan as been suspended but no detriment to ourselves"

"Brilliant location and home. Faultless and played its part in a brilliant holiday"

"Lovely location close to Newquay without being in the busy centre, Porth Beach excellent"

"This is a belter of a property to stay in. The bedrooms are comfortable, stylish and clean . The hosts have thought about everything to make this a stress free break, with their attention to detail and care showing right the way through. The location is great a 2 minute walk to Fistral beach and 10 minute walk into Newquay. There is also the bonus of the lovely view from the lounge area which has plenty of comfy seating for six guests . We would highly recommend this property. "

"Perfect for what we needed"

"Nice property, showing its age a little, we were pleasantly surprised that there was a lift available plus dishwasher and tumble dryer which we found useful. Plenty of kitchen utensils available."

"Great location, overlooking Baby bay and a really homely, well stocked house for all ages - Really worked well for us. "

"Beautiful property, spacious & well looked after"

"Lovely property. Very central. Large space. Would use again. Having to strip and bag all the linen when leaving by 10am was the only negative"

Our only thing for others to be aware of is there were young children staying on the top floor above us and they were running around constantly and footsteps definitely carry. This didn't affect us too much but anyone wanting complete peace needs to be aware its a possibility. I think the views and the accommodation...
