"Older property arranged on 3 floors with no lift so, perhaps, not suitable if you have mobility issues. Property kept in immaculate condition with comfortably en-suite room. Hosts very friendly & helpful. Located close to sea front, Supermarket, Railway station & places to eat out. Good quality, well cooked breakfast. Limited parking available at side of property on request before arriving. Stayed to attend a wedding & we were very happy with our choice. Good value."

"Sarah, the owner, gave fantastic service and made great efforts to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Lusty Glaze beach (or Newquay beach/town centre), the breakfast was reasonably priced as an extra, and parking was free. The room was basic and a little tired, but given the positives it was good value for money. Wouldn’t have stayed if planning to spend lots of time in the room, but was a great base to explore."

Nicky is a fabulous host and her breakfast is amazing especially the poached eggs 😍 So relaxing and trouble free especially when you take your furry friend with you. The local beaches are huge and doggie friendly so a great base for exploring the whole of Cornwall"

"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

"Unmatched views of the beach and coast. Brilliant body boarding beach within 5min walk. Tolcarne Beach resort a hidden gem - great restaurant, great cafe, great beach - within 5min walk. Fantastic pizza restaurant Secret Garden within 3min walk. Aldi and Asda within 5min walk. Wet suit drying room with board locker very useful."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
