"Short walk to a lovely beach. Kitchen air-con fan outside room 12 meant you couldn’t have the window open and sleep when kitchen was in use, otherwise we had a great time!"

"So, check-in was ok. Was asked for a name, no ID check (I'm not sure what I think of that) and no deposit needed/requested (which I'm happy about) and the lady at the desk went through all of the general stuff you'd expect them to. So, the room. It is modern looking, clean and better than the prior hotel we stayed in when we went to London last year. However, there are issues with this one, both safety and experience issues just like the other one but here they are: - Damp (water) patches around...

"Great Hotel and stay. Chris was fantastic. Great breakfast every morning and whatever you wanted. Room was great very spacious and very clean. In walking distance of all shops, restaurants, and all town beaches. Lanhern pub and food brilliant a short walk away as is the Maharajah superb Indian restaurant. Trenance gardens also a short walk. "We had an amazing time in Padstow and this is a great hotel. The walk into Padstow is more of a light hike, so take appropriate footwear/clothing but it's worth doing - especially if you live in the city and fancy some fresh air and wide open space! The breakfast is incredible (fresh, warm muffins every breakfast, amazing), staff are lovely and it was great value for money. Our only tiny gripe is that we booked a twin and were given a double; the bed was massive so it wasn't an issue for us, but...

"stayed for a week with our 3 daughters (14, 11 & 9) in May. good space and facilities on the property, lovely garden Area forout door dining. 10 minute walk to Trevone beach and the hosts let us use their pull along trolley and body boards which the kids loved. great hosts just over the road."

"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. This was our second visit and we will certainly be returning. Thank you."
