Fairmont Royal York
Room was tired. Got a large room which was fine. Bathroom had chipped paint all over ceiling. Staff are great! Location is great.

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
The person assigned in the breakfast kitchen ( Jamaican man) is very rude. Instead of helping my friend with the burning bread he questioned her as if she’s very stupid! That is very humiliating for us customers. I hope this won’t happen again.
