The room was great. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and it had a variety of items. The kitchen staff was friendly, the receptionists were polite, but not friendly. I was hesitant to ask for help. They were not aprovechable.

Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
Check in was easy (checked in early too). The parking garage situation before check in was a little frustrating without a room key but still went smoothly. The restaurant in the lobby had good food and drinks. Good location to walk for shopping, touristy things, and great food.

The staff were friendly, good location, only comment would be that the hallway smelled like garbage on the 18th floor.
