"I enjoyed the proximity to union station. It would have had been nice to have a pool? Hot tub? The underground PATH was an added bonus to the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful."

"I dropped off our bags and provided our card early in the morning and came back at 4 PM for check-in. Upon entering, I found out I was given an accessible room. The staff never mentioned this at check-in, which was quite baffling. Because the bathroom setup and shelf heights were uncomfortable, I immediately asked for a different room, but I had to wait until the next day to move. It would be appreciated if the front desk asked guests beforehand before assigning an accessible room. Other than this, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very kind."
