"Perfect Hotel "home base" to get things done. Very central location and close to Hwy 401 if your dealings are on the east side of Toronto. A bit far from the YYZ airport."

"Great choice for a budget stay at a good price point. Clean and quiet room. Right across from several restaurants and right off 401. I only hope they don't change any of this after my positive review and increase the price or take it easy on service. So if they keep up the good work and good price I certainly will be back."

"Unfortunately, we stayed at the hotel during a labor strike, so there was no housekeeping service. We were compelled to stay there due to its proximity to our relatives' home, but we suffered the inconvenience of waiting at the entrance; protesters only allowed cars to pass every five minutes, forcing us to walk to and from the street. There was no breakfast, though the bed was comfortable and the room spacious; however, a hotel of this caliber lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. We would have appreciated a partial refund for the lack of services, but they claimed they had notified us—a message we never saw because it was sent to Expedia rather than directly to our email. Consequently, we felt the money spent was wasted given the absence of services. We had to request cups and coffee pods, and room service had to be ordered from outside the hotel; as for bottled water, it was provided only once, after which they charged $4 per bottle."

"Absolutely beautiful space. Well planned out and all the extra touches make the space so very welcoming and tranquil. The family is very welcoming and personable, excellent to talk with :) I highly recommend if you're looking for a night away or for a longer stay. I will hopefully be in need of another stay in this area and will for sure be reaching out to see if available."
